Nicky Rompza LE

As the creator and developer of OmNi aesthetics, Nicky is the Lead Medical Aesthetician and skincare expert. She has been in the health and beauty industry for over 20 years. She is passionate about helping others feel their best selves, through living a healthy lifestyle, education, and self care. She discovered her love of medical aesthetics while working in dermatology. Nicky obtained her license in clinical aesthetics from the New Age Spa Institute of Illinois in 2013. She continued her career in dermatology, thereafter, working with a variety of complicated skin disorders and conditions giving her the knowledge to use aesthetic treatments to improve the skin’s health. For the last 5 years, she has taken a holistic approach to her practice to study ingredients, diet/exercise, and other contributing inhibitors of the skin, to bring into her medical practice.

Meet Caroline Bernardi, Nurse Practitioner, a seasoned expert in the world of aesthetics and skincare. With a wealth of experience in injectables, Caroline has dedicated her career to helping individuals look and feel their best with the aim of accentuating natural beauty and facial harmony. Her treatments not only rejuvenate appearances, but also promote overall well-being, aligning perfectly with her philosophy that beauty starts from within.

Currently, Caroline also works with renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Laurie Casas in Glenview, combining her expertise in injectables with Dr. Casas’ surgical excellence to provide comprehensive cosmetic solutions.

Hope Benziger LE

Hope entered into the esthetics industry in 2019 pursuing her passion in skin health. Now, she values continuing to educate herself and others on its importance. Her priority is staying current and providing the BEST advanced treatments for a variety of skin needs. Most importantly she loves making others feel good about themselves and building amazing relationships.

Her love for skin wellness started at a young age because she suffered from intense cystic acne which motivated her to dedicate her career to helping other people with their skin wellness journey!
